BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

In-person sessions are offered in Austin and North Dallas. Virtual teletherapy sessions are also available via phone or video chat.

  • Initial Phone Consult - Let's start by discussing your concerns and go from there.

    • 15-20 Minutes | COMPLIMENTARY

  • 50 Minute Individual In-Person or Video Therapy Session - Imagine feeling free to say what’s on your mind…to talk about the circumstances that feel overwhelming to you, in a place where there is no judgement. Imagine that there are alternatives to feeling anxious, depressed, angry or unloved…and that those alternatives are within your grasp. That’s what therapy is all about. It’s about possibilities, and it’s about feeling better.

    • 50 minutes | $250

  • 80 Minute Individual, Couple or Family In-Person or Video Therapy Session - Sometimes, at the end of a 50-minute session it feels like we’re just getting started. This is especially true in couple and family therapy sessions, where feeling heard and establishing new ways to communicate and connect may take a little more time than you anticipate.

    • 80 minutes | $300

  • 110 Minute Individual, Couple or Family In-Person or Video Therapy Session - If you are in the midst of exploring a very difficult issue or if you are working through traumatic circumstances, you may find a two-hour session to be a better fit for you. Clients that prefer to meet every other week also find having more time in session to be productive.

    • 110 minutes | $350

  • Half-Day, One-Day, or Two-Day Intensive Couple or Family In-Person Session - Ideal for couples and families that are separated by distance and/or lengthy periods of disconnect. Included is a 20-minute video consultation with each participant, in advance of the one or two-day intensive therapy, during which goals and expectations for the therapy will be defined.

    • Intensive | $995 - $2,995

I am an out-of-network provider, and I do not currently accept insurance or participate in any Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). If you are unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company to ask if your plan offers mental health benefits including counseling. If so, you may also inquire about your reimbursement rate and whether you need to meet their deductible. Many of my clients choose to file a reimbursement claim with their insurance company and some receive as much as 80% reimbursement for their session cost. If you plan to file with your insurance company, I am happy to provide you with a receipt that includes the billing codes required--please just let me know. If you have an FSA card, you are welcome to use that for payment.

Payment for therapy is due at your session.
You can pay with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as most debit cards, including those connected with an HSA.

GROUP THERAPY

Throughout the year, I facilitate several Group Therapy options, including the following:

  • Women Navigating Unhealthy Relationships

  • Women and Divorce

  • Women and Aging

  • Living with Intention

Some of these groups occur in series of six 90-minute sessions over six weeks, and others are ongoing process groups that continue for months at a time. Participating in a group requires your commitment to attend weekly. All groups are online, and they are typically limited to six people or fewer. Fees for group therapy start at $100 per session, and payment is due weekly. Call or email for information about upcoming groups.
